What is Shell-Club ?
Shell-Club offers shells for IRC usage.
Shell-Club facilitates members to participate in the profit of
Shell-Club.
Shell-Club is combined with a partner-program, which offers
a commission for recruiting new members.
Shell-Club is a chance to reduce your current costs for internet activities
and to earn commissions.
Shell-Club is also interesting for people, who do not want to recruit
new members themselfes, because with the 5
x 5 forced Matrix the slots will be filled without any personal
advertisment.

Who can participate ?
Everyone starting from 18 years can participate at shell club - world-wide.
For all which are not yet 18 years old, the agreement of an educate-entitled is necessary.

How can I participate ?
Just fill in the registration-form and
submit. After receiving your first payment the shell and
the matrix will be activated.
The monthly fee is €
6,- and should be paid in advance for six months.
The prepayment is necessary because of the small amount and a
monthly payment would cause additional administrative expenditure which
would result in smaller commission-payments.
With the six-months-prepayment it is possible to get a commission-payment
of € 4,70 for each member each month.

What do I receive for my membership?
- You receive a shell for a BNC or an Eggdrop.
- These services are traffic free (and we really mean trafficfree!).
But we cannot offer unlimited bandwidth - so we ask you for fair use
on behalf of all Shell-Club-members.
- Assistance to promote your matrix actively.
- Free support via e-mail and IRC-chat

How can I pay my membership-fee
?
You can pay with credit-cards or
by bank transfer.
For the moment we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners
Club. For monthly payment an administration-fee we will charge € 1,- for each payment.
However, when paying six months in advance there will be no additional fee.

If i announce myself for a partnership and new members advertising, what will be my commission?
You will get commission - for each new member
depending on the according level - for each payment of the member
(excluding setup-fee).
If you have four new members in the first level,
your own account is already cost-covering. If you have found a team,
you also get commissions for the acounts among (accounts which were
recruited by your team-members). Anyway your fee will be paid from
the commissions first. You only pay a potential difference.
This difference is always due on the first day of each month
and must be cleared punctually.

How will I get my
commission ?
The billing of the commissions is - for all coverd accounts -
done on the first day of each month. Anyway the first step is the
debit entry of the monthly fee. Afterwards the allocation of the commissions
is done. If the account has no requisite cover,
no commission will be paid.
The commission-payout occurs quarterly ex post and will be transferred
to the specified bank-account.

special class. With this program you can earn - depending on your activity -
realistic € 750,- each month.
The maximum amount a member can earn is € 2027,50.

The increase of your personal matrix depends
on your activities. The more members you recruit, the more your team
will grow and your matrix will be completed and will provide you
additional commissions.

(Shell-Club pays commissions on a level-basis and there is no guarantee
for a declared amount. The amounts in the table above are only the maximums.)

How does ist work ?
With your registration you automatically get a
5 x 5 forced matrix, in which you can recruit new members.
For each new member you get commission-payments
- month for month - while this new member pays its fees.
The first five members are assigned to you directly
and form the body of your matrix. Futher members
are assigned to one of your team-members.
For this member both - you and your member - will get a commission.
Because you are also assigned to a exiting member of Shell-Club
it is in all likelihood, that you will profit by the system
and new members, which are not recruited from you directly, will be filled
into your matrix.

What is a "5 x 5 forced
matrix" ?
Contrary to other systems our system is based on a
5 x 5 matrix and each member can only assign five direct team-members.
Each further member is assigned to the next free slot in the matrix.
For example: A member enroll five team-members; these members are assigned
into level 1 of its matrix. If this member enroll additional new members,
these members are assigned into level 2 and - additionally - into level 1 of
one of its team-member - in strict rotation into the next free slot.
In this way member no.1 automatically get a new member and also will get
commission.
If the first level is filled (25 members), further members will be placed in the same
way into level 2.
As you can see now, with this system it is possible to get new members without
any action by yourself and to get commissions for these members.
